Recording session at Sunset Sound

Paul Edwards finishing a recording session at Sunset Sound Hollywood California. Kittyhawk used the Chapman Stick extensively throughout their career, this innovative instrument was developed Emmett Chapman. It enables the musician to use a “touch style” playing technique, both bass and melody are player together much like a keyboard player. The left hand taps the bass while the right hand taps the rhythm/melody. All the bass parts of Kittyhawk incorporated the Chapman Stick Touch Board.
